Charleston protestors march for Wright, Toledo
Protestors gathered in Charleston, SC on Sunday night and demonstrated against the officer involved shooting deaths of Duante Wright and Adam Toledo.
About 75 strong, the group rallied at Marion Square where they were warned by law enforcement not march along King St. Instead, the demonstrators routed down Meeting St., stopping at the City Market and the U.S. Custom House and doubling back. When they turned toward King St. on Society Street a group of officers with batons and zip ties blocked their advance.
After the march demonstrators held a vigil for Wright and Toledo.
