I covered Hurricane Milton for two days riding the storm out in Sarasota and arriving at two bridges to Siesta Key before the sun rose on after landfall. From here I moved to Venice, Englewood and Grove City. I wish I could share more about my experiences during this storm, but I’ve got to reorganize, prepare for the rest for the hurricane season and get back to Bat Cave, North Carolina.
