Phase 2 Friday - Five Points

Yesterday was the first Friday following South Carolina’s phase two of the Covid-19 reopening plan, which allows for bars and restaurants at 50% capacity. “People must continue wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.” said Dr. Linda Bell, State Epidemiologist during the announcement of phase two conditions May 8. On Monday, close-contact businesses, like hair salons and massage studios, will be allowed to reopen in South Carolina.
